General terms and conditions of business
1 Subject of the contract
These general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the company "Puchcorner Brinlinger" (hereinafter referred to as the "company") and the buyer of goods and services via the online shop and the company's collection locations.
2 Scope and validity
The following terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the company and its customers. They apply to all business relationships between the company and customers, in particular to the delivery of products and the provision of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer terms and conditions do not apply unless they have been expressly accepted by the company in writing and do not conflict with the company's terms and conditions. Changes will be announced on the company's homepage. Products are goods and services that are offered and sold by the company.
3 Conclusion of contract
The offers in the online shop represent an invitation to submit an offer. The offers and prices are non-binding and apply exclusively to Switzerland. The contract is concluded when the company accepts the order. In special cases the company is entitled to withdraw (see Chapter 10). The acceptance of the order will be communicated to the customer verbally, in writing or by email. When ordering via the online shop, notification is sent via email. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address.
4 prizes
The prices for products and services are net prices in Swiss francs ex warehouse in Lenzburg. Additional and delivery costs as well as packaging costs will be invoiced separately. The prices of the Products are determined at the time of order confirmation by the Company.
5 delivery conditions
The delivery times stated are based on information provided by the supplier and are non-binding. In no case can claims for damages be asserted or withdrawal from the contract be requested from the company. Unless the customer makes a different agreement when placing the order, the company reserves the right to make partial or complete deliveries at its own discretion. As a rule, complete deliveries are made. If the customer is in default of payment due to previous deliveries, the company reserves the right to withhold deliveries until all outstanding claims have been paid in full.
Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. You can choose between A-Post (1-2 days) and B-Post (2-3 days). From an order value of CHF 150 we send the goods free of charge with B-Post.
Return shipping:
Please contact us if there is anything wrong with the goods. In the event of justified complaints, only unused items in their original packaging can be taken back after consultation.
6 Transport and insurance
The company only delivers to valid postal addresses within Switzerland. If the delivery arrives damaged, the customer is obliged to immediately inform the delivering company (post office, courier). In addition, the customer must notify the company no later than five days after receipt of the goods and keep all packaging material until the case has been resolved.

The conditions of the checkout of the online shop (“payment method”) are decisive. The company is responsible for deciding which payment method to use. Partial deliveries must be paid to the extent of the individual delivery. Payment deadlines must also be adhered to if delivery or acceptance is delayed for reasons for which the company is not responsible. Payments may not be reduced or refused due to complaints or unaccepted claims. In the event of late payment, the company is entitled to charge a reminder fee of CHF 20 as well as default interest of 5% from the third reminder and, if necessary, to invoice other costs incurred.
8 Retention of title
All goods ordered by the customer remain the property of the company until the purchase price has been paid in full. The customer must keep the goods in a resalable condition until this point. The company is entitled to register the retention of title in accordance with Article 715 of the Civil Code at the customer's respective place of residence.
9 defects
The customer must immediately check the delivered goods for completeness and report any defects (including transport damage, see point 6) to the company within five days of receipt. Otherwise the delivery is deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
10 Withdrawal from the contract / right of return
The company reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of typographical or calculation errors. This also applies if the prices were calculated incorrectly by both the company and the supplier. In principle, there is no right of return for goods delivered. The company endeavors to act accommodatingly in exceptional cases. The buyer generally bears the postage costs (including returns).
14 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Even if the customer has his or her place of residence or headquarters abroad or a delivery is made abroad, Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all claims (subject to mandatory jurisdiction under federal law) in connection with contractual agreements with “Puchcorner Brinlinger” is Lenzburg, AG, Switzerland.
